Since I know nothing about creating something like this, or anything at all re: technology :D, I will chime in as a seriously right-brained CFS-er, Lymie--

Always hard to sort through lots of info-but visual is definitely the best-so---what about the map as a series of "overlays"?
Or whatever the term would be--

This would be helpful to me--
A. Basic map showing ME/CFS docs, but if you want to know where you might find a Lyme specialist, bring in
B. Basic map overlaid with an addition, adding docs for Lyme, if you need to look for MCAS docs, add
C. Etc.
This could be a simple visual and then become more and more detailed as my search continued.

Failing to see a Lyme doc in an area I am searching, I can make a search of ME/CFS docs as a start to treatment, etc.

I can "see" this more clearly than I can explain it!
And maybe others wouldn't find this a benefit?
And maybe it would be to complex to create?
Don't know; just letting my mind meander...

Jesse2233, I didn't read this thread very carefully!
I overlooked your statement about layering in more detailed maps for clarity. This looking more and more awesome!
Thanks for your ideas, expertise and time-consuming work--

I am wondering if Dr. Patricia Salvato is still practicing and still considered a good doctor for CFS (in Houston). I used to see her when I lived in TX, but it has been decades.

Pocinki has over a 6 month waiting list. In order to get on the list you have to pay $45 a month for his concierge service. At the moment they won't add anyone to that list and said to check back in 3 months, so it would probably take 9 months plus to get an appointment with him

You dont need to bother to create European map because there are no European ME doctors, lets be honest, except KDM, .. i have nobody even to write me Rx for Valtrex..

Phillip Battiade has no licence to practice in USA, shouldn't be on the list (also for the fun fact that he is heilpraktiker, which is basically a course, only primary school education is needed + passing extensive tests but far from university degree, is like 6months course). His role at Infusio in BH is as entrepreneur/CEO.

Such clinics prey on our desperation, overcharge for fat stem cells, we shouldnt encourage that in any way .

Make my day and remove that guy from the map pleaseeee

Just thought of another one: Dr. Lisa Nagy. Don't know much about her, but she was featured on an episode of "ME/CFS Alert." I think her speciality is environmental medicine/mold.

ETA: Her clinic is in Martha's Vineyard.
I live on the vineyard and don't see Dr Nagy for the simple reason that she costs a FORTUNE, so it occurs to me, are financial considerations going to be listed in any way? You could do it symbolically like $, $$, $$$, $$$$ and MI for 'most insurance' or something
