Thanks a lot @Learner1 ! This is so interesting (and worrying also). If we add to that the quality of the water we drink and we use for agriculture - in Israel the majority of the supply comes from desalinated water which also seems to affect the mineral content of food- we are preparing to ourselves a bright future !
