Hello All
Have any of you tried the following?
B2 molybdenum iodine and selenium and B12 Adenosylcobalamin to help with your CFS symptoms
From what I am learning if you don't have enough B2 you can't utilize B12 and if you have B12 deficiency you have many other problems
I ask is because it would be a financial investment to follow this protocol.
I realize there is a thread devoted to the subject already but I am posting a new thread in order to extract more pro and con comments. Is it helping you or not ?
Thanks
