Sorry to hear you are out of spoons @Invisible Woman . Have you tried CBT and a spot of GET? It is alleged to get you up and running you know. Pete, Simon, Mike and Esther swear by it.

Well done for contacting the local group. We are doing well and were up to over 2700 last time I looked.
