Inositol(s) in thyroid function, growth and autoimmunity

I'm looking into taking an inositol supplement, as despite being normal body weight and no indications of PCOS (normal hormone levels, normal ultrasound (used to have an endometrioma but it disappeared by itself!)) I have a LOT of body hair, including facial, which not only bothers me from a self-image perspective (I don't have the time or energy to deal with it) but also because I think it must indicate some kind of sub-clinical hormonal disruption.

Anyway, I came across this and thought someone might want to look into it further

I'm not sure if you can see the full paper? If not let me know and I can download and attach it from my uni login.

Yes, please send me the first paper. I am currently researching into inositols as a potential addition to my regimen. Thanks.
