@acouchy There is some good news. Supplementation with magnesium and thiamine (vitamin B1) might help this.
Since an estimated 70-80% of the population in the USA are deficient in Magnesium, this is worth looking into.
This might be an easy fix (or not) but worth checking out before a doctor has you try something more drastic. Most doctors are not trained in nutrition and may miss this.
