Any one have a link to that talk? I am considering volunteering for his study, but the central sensitization reference kind of threw me. If there is more I should be aware of, I'd appreciate the opportunity to see for myself.

It's not available online anywhere. You can order a conference DVD rather cheaply from Invest in ME. Rather archaic mode of dissemination but what can you do.
