I have read Dr Myhill last book and she refers to having a coffee is good now and again, would like to know
thoughts and advice regarding coffee, i love strong coffee and find it hard first thing in a morning not to have
one.
My husband had that and a little bit of B2 solved it for him.Like Gondwanaland I cycle, in the past I was a massive coffee drinker, but alas now, at times, it can cause several problems including a significant rise in BP.
I didn't start drinking coffee until after I'd been sick for a couple years, so caffeine/coffee definitely did not contribute to developing ME
