It's hard to say. It's harder to live with. Take part in the challenge, and help us spread the word about this chronic illness!

To take part in the challenge, just record a video of yourself saying "Myalgic Encephalomyalitis" as many times as you can... ON ONE BREATH! Don't forget to nominate some others, and let me know when you're done!

NB: You don't have to use helium. Though if you wish, you can think of other ways to make your video stand out... ;-)
