Hi

I take B12, B6 and folic acid. Vit. D makes a real difference for me.

Whey protein powder helped GI problems.

I have some food sensitivities so avoid grains, sugar, and refined foods. Lots of protein helps me.

Omega3 oil helps with joint and muscle pain. Also an ointment called Traumeel helps.

An ointment called Lymphagen helps keep lymph moving. I used to have chronic swollen glands in my throat, behind ears. This ointment helps.

Juicing helps an ailing GI tract, better absorption of nutrients.

Lymphagen!

Thank you. This was my first symptom years ago and my lymph node in my neck under the chin is chronically swollen. It is so bad that it causes very painful charlie horses. I have told every single doctor I have been to about this over the last 15 years with no help. I am going to try it. I found a site on the internet where I can get it for about $13.00. Does this sound reasonable or can you recommend a good place to purchase?

Thanks,

charly horses

Another product that helps with different types of muscle cramps is N-19 Parathyroid Plus by Dynamic Labs. It is a homeopathic endocrine product. A few drops under the tongue helps.

Thanks,

Frickly,

I also have had problems off and on with swollen glands and nodes in my neck. Not sure where you can purchase it, I get it in the next town either from the health section of the drugstore or from my naturopath's office. It costs me $18 for 2 oz. here in Canada. A jar lasts a good long time, it smells good and it absorbs quickly, not oily or greasy.

I can tell you it's by Genestra, and you can find it online if nowhere else.

Here's a couple things it has done for my son and my husband.

My husband Al had a giant lump appear one day on his elbow. It didn't hurt, he wasn't even aware of it till I saw it. It was enormous. His elbow looked like there was a squishy tennis ball in a bag hanging from it. Gross.:D

He had acupuncture for a number of weeks from Dr. Upcott and it helped considerably. She figured it was a lymph blockage. He figures he hurt it when he was under the car fixing something.

So after 3 -4 wks it has shrunk to golf ball size but still there, by now it is a hard lump as much of the fluid was gone. We decided to try Lymphagen on it. Within a day or two it started to shrink. Not sure how long the whole process took, maybe a couple weeks, but it has shrunk now to the point that you could never tell by looking that there'd been anything wrong.

The ointment broke up the lymph log jam and cleared things out. He applied it at least twice a day and it worked.

My son Jesse has had alot of tooth decay which we didn't discover till last yr due to no money for dentists. Lots of infection in his mouth which in turn spread of course and I think it's been a big player in his cfs. Anyway. Got a lot of dental work done alot of bacteria and toxins gone but his head and face are probably still ... full of it.

He has some acne (his dad and I both did at his age) but I noticed last fall a hard lump that I realized from looking at an old photo from 2 yrs before, that lump had been there for at least 2 yrs and was bigger. With all the bacteria and God knows what in his face and head I worried. Dentist said it didn't look like anything to worry about, thought it might be a blocked salivary duct. I researched it on the net and found nothing helpful suggested. Just talk about surgery.

I also learned that these ducts are also near lymph nodes and thought, maybe that's what this is. Hoped so because ... I have this Lymphagen.:D

Told him to start using it twice a day and after 2 days, ... it got worse. Bigger, and ... soft. In a few days this rock-hard lump became what looked like a big sore blind pimple, and then it developed three white heads. (Sorry it's all gross but it's for a point. :)) Over the next week or so, still applying ointment, the thing cleared itself out.

I love Lymphagen cream. Everyone should have it in their medicine cabinet.

Hi camio,

Welcome to the forums.

I can't speak to the question of weirdness or not:D but I can reassure you that even if you are weird, this is not such an unusual symptom. :)

Could be really swollen lymph glands. And if that is the case, it is very common to some degree or another for people with cfs. Don't know if it helps to know you're not alone (not like it fixes the symptom) but ... well, you are not alone. :)

Thanks,

Angel, thanks, I'm going to check it out. Jodie, this is an extremely painful symptom for me and I am excited about trying this product. I also have alot of dental issues that I feel are related to my cfs. I wonder if it could help this as well. I'll let you know how it goes. I want to say more but children are fighting.

Take care,
