Anyone here with CFS and Hashi's that has had trouble with high Reverse t3?

I've been on Synthroid and Cytomel for years and feel as lousy as ever. I have high Rt3 and am thinking about trying Armour.

Anyone switched to Armour and felt better or worse?
Thanks.

I spent the first 2 years of my illness trying different combos of thyroid to deal w/ rT3. Nothing worked until I switched to T3 only, from compounding chemist. I also used Cytomel, until I found that it contains corn starch, which is gluten cross-reactive. Now use slow release T3, it's been the best. Some resources:

Thank you! So glad to hear you've got it sorted out. I had cut back on Synthroid after reading articles by Kent Holtorf and stopthethyroidmadness in hopes that it would help the RT3 - I just got my new labs back and doing that caused my Ft3 and Ft4 both to tank. So much for that theory. I'm increasing the Cytomel as I can hardly get out of bed.
