Got any good multivitamin/multimineral powders to recommend?

Been cutting so many foods out of my diet as my symptoms slowly got worse over time (despite being better earlier in the year, shortly after starting these diets, coincidence?), starting to think maybe some of my cognitive symptoms are the result of lacking necessary vitamins and minerals.

I know Potassium helped since I started supplementing with that the other day has improved my cognitive symptoms by a small amount (reduced heart palpitations too). Symptoms in the area of depression and apathy also got way worse recently when I went on an anti-candida diet, which was mostly just broccoli and onions every day.

IF you could recommend a good powder, a multivitamin and multimineral brand (preferably seperate from each other) and without copper (since I am copper toxic), I would be so greatful.

Will be important later since I am planning on doing heavy metal chelation, going in without these two would pretty much be suicide.

I've been really pleased with Life Extension formulas. I take their Two-Per-Day capsules.

They have a comprehensive copper-free powder called Life Extension Mix that you might like. You can also get it in capsule form.

Was eyeing that one the other day, maybe I should buy some next month.
