Methylation and cancer

Can anyone tell me if taking supplements for the methylation protocol can cause a relapse in cancer, particularly non Hodgkin's lymphoma? I have read that there needs to be a balance between hyper and hypo methylation in cancer. I don't know how much this protocol can actually affect cancer.

I think there's some indication that folates or folic acid can feed cancer cells, so might be associated with causing some problems there. But basically it's a complicated subject, and you really need to talk to a methylation and cancer savvy doctor about it.
