Which methylfolate is te right one?

Hi,

I am really confused about the methylfolaat. Which one is the right one to take?

I have a few choices here in the Netherlands:

Solgar 400 mcg (calcium-L-methylfolaat als Metafolin®)* But I have read that when it says calcium-Lmethylfolaat on the bottle, some of it is inactive?

Thorne 5mthf ( also says calcium-l-methylfolaat on the bottle.

Jarrows Methylfolaat:5-MTHF) (Quatrefolic) it says on the bottle

Is one these the right one to take, or are all of them okay?

Thanx, Jodie

I just ordered some Solgar Metafolin 800mcg from http://iherb.com
They are much cheaper to buy 800mcg than the 1mg (1000mcg) tablets. I have found this to be the strongest of the one's I've tried (Jarrow you mention and Folapro)
