I am now trialing Dr. Lynch's B-minus - a B12 and folate free B-complex with bioactive forms like R5P and P5P. It has a bit of niacin to counteract overmethylation. Currently on day 3 at 1/2 capsule. Got a significant energy boost, so far it's good!
I'm trialing it, too -- if you count taking it once, LOL! It says to take it after breakfast, and I found out why, by taking it in the evening. (Heck it was the only way I could separate it from other supps to see the effect!) I am quite wary of B2, because it made my low-back inflammation return in December (which went away when I stopped it).I am now trialing Dr. Lynch's B-minus - a B12 and folate free B-complex with bioactive forms like R5P and P5P.
