Not sure why I haven't asked this question before, but here goes:
One of my main problems is a messed up digestion. If my stomach feels fine, I normally get a good day, but when it does not I normally get a bad day with fatigue and brainfog, pluss, pluss... The three things that has been super helpful is:
Do any one experience similar things, or have experienced? Any suggestions on how to better the stomach?
Even simple (and obvious) things will be very much appreciated!

- To stop eating every thing that I can figure out has a negative effect on me (especially starchy food, but actually most foods with carbs).
- Broad spectrum digestion enzymes
- Salt
Do any one experience similar things, or have experienced? Any suggestions on how to better the stomach?
