Levine Protocol, my POTS DOC uses it. Anyone try it? What was the result?

I just had my 4th tilt table test and have crashed from the whole experience. I'm not sure I'm up to an exercise regime or changing the height of my bed. I'm still housebound and mostly bedbound.

Anyone try Levine Protocol?

I've heard mixed experiences with this. One person I know crashed on it.

I don't know anything about the Levine protocol. But regarding raising the bed I put some pillows under my mattress at the head end to raise height slightly. I don't think I could have coped with a big change. Perhaps start out slowly @PNR2008 ?
