Intetesting blog. Thanks. She sounds exceptionally functional for a potsy.

I saw myself throughout her writings. I never thought about how hard my heart is working when I'm upright. I just attributed my weakness
or fatigue to hypoperfusion. Fwiw tho, unless I have to, I don't stand in one place and provoke my hr to get to my pots rate.
If I do sitting or laying down is typically a requirement.

As far as I could tell, she hadn't uppdated this since 2010 and doesn't know about the possible benefits of changing her diet.

Most of the people I met on dinet knew about diet tho last year. :)

It often gives them short term memory problems- so simple tasks such as remembering to pick something up that they need or ordering drinks at the bar are made much more difficult.
What kind of dysautonomiac goes to drink in bars?
