Hypothermia

I heard on the radio today that moderately cool inside temperatures can cause hypothermia in at-risk people. This can occur over several days or a couple of weeks. One risk factor is low metabolism, which might include us. It said that at-risk people should keep their thermostats at 65 or above.

A small electric blanket/throw might be a good option too, if someone can't afford the heating bills.

My electric blanket is downstairs on the couch, so it's good incentive for me to get up in the morning
