Hi guys

I'm six months into Rich's simplified protocol, got on OK with it, but now want to change out the Holistic Heal Neurological Health Formula for something with no calcium (stone former). Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Thanks very much for that. Think it's methylation friendly?
Not really. It uses folic acid, which is a huge problem for people with the worst methylation dysfunctions. It also has active forms listed, but the amounts of each are not broken down - which means 99% of it is the cheap and useless stuff until proven otherwise.
