Weighted sounds like the worst things for me. The lighter the better. My arms are very weak and I get exhausted when I have to use my arms. So moving a weighted blanket every time I have to get up to go to the bathroom or roll over would be a nightmare.

I have a down comforter which I love. Lighter is definitely better for me.

I would not have thought they would help at all - light is good.

When we went looking to buy a new bed, I tried out a memory foam matress - it was a nightmare!

I could not move on it at all.

If I put my hand on one spot to try to lever myself over, all that happened was I sank into it.:sluggish:

It was worse than trying to walk on sand.

We got memory foam pillows though - and they are good. They don't sink as much as real ones.

The only problem is they are sweaty. That's synthetics for you.

I can't use memory foam at all because I sleep hot and it retains heat. I have a featherbed which is fine in winter but in summer I'm miserable.
