Looks like the BHMT short path would have issues but since the MTHFR SNPs listed dont have issues not sure it is a real problem for methylation cycle. However not clear if the MTRRs are expressing themselves. I always hate saying this since I know how I feel but these SNPs dont look too bad. What kind of issues are you having? We have some similar results except for the MTHFRs. May have vitamin D issue, have you had D3 tested yet?

MTR and MTRR are a bit on the slow side, so B12 supplementation might help.

Due to COMT, MAOA, and VDR being the slow versions, extra methyl groups might be unpleasant, hence hydroxoB12 might be safer than methylB12, especially if you want to try high doses of B12.

BHMT-08 and CBS C699T (the rest of the BHMT and CBS SNPs aren't shown to have any impact) might result in homocysteine getting slightly elevated, in which case B6 could help.

SUMMARY:
There don't seem to be any major problems here, but a normal active B-complex might help somewhat.

Other risky and interesting variations are listed at on the pages linked to below, though they require searching your 23andMe results manually thus far:

Thank you both very much for your replies. My symptoms are mainly cognitive dysfunction, dysuatonomia, muscle twitching, and Lightheadedness. I also seem to have a great deal of concentration problems. I was hoping my 23 and me results might help me sort some of this out. But its not looking to promising based on your opinions :(

Even if there is a methylation problem, the big problems are probably elsewhere.

I've got a rare gene analysis program at https://sourceforge.net/projects/analyzemygenes/ which can bring up a list of your rare genes.
