I got this e-mail today. As many people can often have difficulty accessing full texts, I thought I'd post it.

I came across maybe 20-25 CFS papers with maybe another 10-15 having some references to CFS.
Unfortunately, apart from the JRSM Short Reports, which is already free, the most recent I think was from 2011 and most were from around early 2000s. But still possibly of interest to somebody.

One frustrating thing, but maybe it wouldn't happen to other people, was I was having problems searching the site. So I just manually ticked the journals. Many/most of the CFS ones were from Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine.

For several years, Sage journals have previously had free access to all their journals for September and/or October.

Thanks for the heads-up, Dolphin.
The journals seem to be giving completely free access, without even needing to register.

I've done a search of all the Royal Society of Medicine journals, for 'CFS' and 'Chronic Faitigue Syndrome' (but not 'chronic fatigue' or 'ME' or 'Myalgic Encephalomyelitis'), and found the following...

Happy Reading! :)

The first person to read them all, and post a concise summary of each paper, gets a PR prize.

(disclaimer: I'm not actually authorised to offer PR prizes!)
