I do but I don't suffer from a lot of the symptoms that I read about here as I figured out pretty fast why I was dizzy and tired. It actually all started from a yeast infection oddly enough. But anyway, I feel pretty good when I take it but if I take too much I can't sleep. Judging by the great reviews of it on iHerb.com I definitely think it's worth trying. I've also been messing around with metafolin but don't want to continue until I get a mthfr test done to make sure I actually need it.
You need both B12 and methylfolate for methylation. People do get positive benefits from just B12, but you will experience better results from methylation. It might take a couple months of doing methylation before you notice improvement although some people do experience improvement at the beginning of methylation. Also, some people aren't able to tolerate a high dose of B12 and methylfolate so it would be good to start low. 200 mcg or less of methylfolate.
