I am waiting for my genetic test result from Dr Amy Yasko which will come in Feb 2013. In that mean time if some one can help me with my symptoms to solve my problem. Sorry their are two many tests this year and its long story.

Personal Info:

Female; 36 years old; work as an house wife; Walk daily 45 min; non‐smoker;
History:
• I am on 700 kcal diet since long time but cannot lose weight. I have anemia problem after my first pregnancy and recently started taking iron since sulfur gives me breathing problem.
• My spo2 is always 98 – 100% but when its 100% give me breathing problem because of oxygen toxicity.
• Last year in April 2011 my breathing problem got worse with both nasal turbinate swelling because that time taking oats for my breakfast plus All Bran cereal and pineapple extract with normal milk.
• I have high CRP(C - reactive protein) with high ESR normal is 20 but mine was 40 last year. This year in 0ct 2012 IL-6 and IL -10 cytokines are in higher range as well.
• I cannot lose weight recently thought because of high thiol (sulfur) and phenols in diet. I diagnose this in my Amino Acid test and Hair Anylasis results this year. Matter of fact never took calcium supplement or drank milk in my entire life.
• I have high bone mineral density in my lower spine and its +3 through Dexa bone scan.

• Last month did my serum b12 test which showed high b12 value but in matter of fact at urine amino acid test it is in lower range.
• My IGE values were 94 last year and metal binding capacity is low. I did delayed food sensitivities ALCAT Test which identifies I have allergies toward 70 food items.
• I think maybe I am TH2 dominant because last year my Vitamin D status was 22 after taking supplementation. My Amylase lipase test results are in normal range. My urine morning PH is always 6 and liver test were normal in 2010.

Symptoms:

1. My both nose turbinate are large and swollen.
2. I cannot lose weight and when eat allergies food cannot travel because of breathing problem with mild asthma symptoms.
3. My belly button waist measurement is 38 inches with upper back hyper kyphosis because of no calcium intake due to high oxalate found in amino acid test. I have total of 41% of body fat which is more in belly.
4. I have low energy and when feeling low take 1000mg sublingual b12 after 3 days.
5. I cannot drink more than one glass of water in day because high ADH hormone and the cause are unknown. The doctor doesn’t feel concern since my 24 hrs urine sodium and chloride are in normal range. My blood Sodium is 143 and matter of fact never took salt a day nor high salt diet.

6. My Serum copper and zinc both were high last month along with b12. Folic acid was low normal range as sometimes I think it might be because of methylation issues.
7. Mineral bio unavailability issues as I am not sure of it. My rt3 values were higher earlier this year.
8. I have this inflammation problem from long time.

After reviewing my problem I came to following conclusion:
Serum hormones blood
Urine hormones compare results – blood capillary hormones
1. Thyroid serum T4 in upper highrange------------ Thyriod Blood spotresult in lower range
2. Carnitine in blood low ------Carnitine in urine toward eleveted
3. Serum blood Copper levels are high --------- Low Copper levels in hair analysis(intra cellular)
4. Serum B 12 levels are high ---------- Urine Amino Acid methylmalonic acid -B 12 is low
5. Zinc serum high but hair anylasis Zinc level are in range
6. blood Iron middle is in range but blood Ferritin is in low site – low iron in hair anylasis
7. Calcium serum ok------------High Calcium in hair anylasis but low in 24 hrs urine anylasis.

Matter of fact never took Cal my entire life + Magnesium
8. RBC Folic Acid - low
9. Serum Magnesium ok ---------------Magnesium hair analysis toward high
10. Serum Cortisol toward high -----------------Cortisol urine ok
11. Anti diuretic hormone high
12. Spo2 99% Urine Ph usually 5.5 to 6
Only these few hormones match their serum and urine results are Aldosterone is low and Anti body thyroid hormone is ok. Sometimes I think their is problem with cell memebrane or cell permeability. It can also be from PST enzyme deficincy since sulfur is problem for me.
Why my serum Zinc, Copper are in high normal range and same time intracellular Molydbenum is elevated at HA test?
My Doubts
I think after comparing these results may be my problem cause is:
1. Cellular Signaling Problem
2. Slow 8 detox pathway recently showed in hair analysis report result this month. Plus I have adrenal fatigue and secondary reason is slow thyroid hormones.
3. Glutamate problem which got spotted as calcium deposit in spinal cord tissues = high bone mineral density and fact is never took calcium and magnesium in my life as following 700 Kcal diet from ages. This protocol described at Dr Amy Yasko. But my amino acid Glutamine is in lower range.
4. My heart beat changes every second and usually it’s in high range 95 beats per minute and my breath rate count at rest are 21breath per minute.
5. Severe inflammation problem since my belly button is 42 inches and total body fat is 42% (mostly around belly).
6. Th1/Th2 ratio imbalance since my cellular glutathione and serotonin very low with Vit C and Vit D at 22.
7. I have problem with sulfur since last year I tried garlic supplement which made my breathing problems worse. My spirometry result revealed Asthma is at border line. I experience shortness of breath while walking sometimes and my spine hurts since this year curvation of spine and hyperkyphosis also started may be because of not taking calcium at all. 8. My total water intake is 1 glass a day since more give my belly bloating and feeling full quickly after meal. My food intake at a time is usually 3 cups if I consume more than bloat feeling. I checked my Gastric Acid and mine was .60 and normal range is less than 1.
9. My nose cartilage has grown since PST issues. My urine amino acid test Arginine and Lysine was in normal high range. I have all body inflammation problem including my both nasal turbinate’s are large and swell.
I think My MT proteins are not working properly and ceruloplasmin might also be low since Ferritin is in lower side.
10. I feel low energy with lot of chronic fatigue symptoms. This all because of my cellular signaling and detox pathway are slow esp. G protein pathway and DPP iv deficiency or excess .
11. I am waiting for my results from Dr Amy Yasko methylation panel and sometimes I think I have PST and MTHFR gene problem but not sure of it.
Meds and Supplements:
1. Started Vit C 500, Q 10 50 mg
2. I probiotics and night time I dandelion capsule which made my abdomen swelling worse
Major Medical Events:
I had 3 C section deliveries.
In Conclusion:
There is no doubt in my mind that I suffer from allergies weight issues because:
The symptoms support this.
Doctors think I have mal absorption problem because of low good intestinal flora so recommending following Paleo diet.
My symptoms got improved from last year to avoid thiol foods and introduce b12 tablet in my diet after every 3 days.
Please advise me for this issue and make diet chart according to my thiol and phenols issues. I have cellular signaling problem with slow 8 body detox pathway eliminators. This month Dr Wilson of hair analysis report that I have slow metabolism with adrenal Fatigue and slow thyroid function. I am not following his diet because more I eat than my normal routine as severe throat swelling problem with abdomen distention.
I didn’t start chelating since my cellular Glutathione and Vitamin D levels are very low so it made me worse before I start any program.

At the same time my pulse oximeter oxygen was 99% so I searched on the net and its look like mix acid base disorder according to my VBG result. I think its metabolic acidosis and also respiratory acidosis as well.
I think my intracellular and extracellular oxygen transport patterns are not well balanced as well.
So let put things all together and the following are my major issues.
1. Cell communication problem
2. Its block methylation since amino acid test and my glutathione level indicate it.
3. Bio unavailable minerals even blood gases have different report values and oxygen transport problems.
4. Detox pathway (liver 1 and 2) are not working problem this month hair analysis report results.
5. Urea Bun Nitrogen levels are always low. I hardly sweat from ages so its underactive sweat glands as well.
6. Bone mineral deposit because of NF – Kappa B ( osteoblast and osteoclast imbalance)
7. Th1/Th2 might be imbalance since my Vit D was 22.
I have more body warts and large nasal turbinate’s with bulbous nose as compare to before.
Please guide me in able to uplift block methylation safely what are the steps which will not make my breathing inflammation worse.
I want to start everything slowly and want to drink more than a glasses of water in a day. Sometimes thinking I have rennin – angiotensin issues but results are in normal range so it might be because of cellular communication and block methylation issues.

Thank you for reviewing my all history sonce my Aldosterone was in lower range in 2010 as well this year alos its low in urine test so may be its link to estogen deficincy as well. Last month my IL- 6 cytokine is in higher range which can cause from estogen or DHEA deficincy as well.

I am waiting for my genetic test result from Dr Amy Yasko which will come in Feb 2013. In that mean time if some one can help me with my symptoms to solve my problem. Sorry their are two many tests this year and its long story.

7. Mineral bio unavailability issues as I am not sure of it. My rt3 values were higher earlier this year.
8. I have this inflammation problem from long time.

After reviewing my problem I came to following conclusion:

On 13th October 2012 I did Venous Blood gases (Cellular Blood gases) test and the results are following:
VBG (Venous Blood Gases) 13-Oct 2012
Body temperature intracellular 37C
VPH 7.294 7.31 – 7.41
VpCo2 37.6 mmHg 40-60 mmHg

Sbc 17.9
HCo3 18.4 mmol/L 22 – 27 mEq/L
TCO2 19.6
So2 46.9 % 40-85%
At the same time my pulse oximeter oxygen was 99% so I searched on the net and its look like mix acid base disorder according to my VBG result.

Nan - How long have you been seeing Dr. Yasko? Any improvement in symptoms? Would really like to see someone on this site give you a good response. Sounds like you have had every test imaginaable. Although I have had many of the same tests you had am not qualified to give you a good answer. There are people on this site that can.. If you don't improve-You may need to seek another Physician. Please don't give up- There is someone out there that can help you. Please let me know what happens.

Much care to you.
