Not CFS specific? So other conditions are treated like this too?!?
Unsure if you have your tongue in your cheek or not,: Actually a better phrase might be "not health specific" and the points can be related to research that has nothing to do with health. I don't have a good handle of what happens in other illnesses, so can't really comment - didn't have any other illnesses in mind.
