This is a study on the relationship of sleep apnea and dementia risk. The aspect of sleep apnea which correlated to a higher risk was the hypoxia. I would expect then that those of us who have or also have Orthostatic Intolerance with low circulation to the brain would also show more dementia symptoms.

Piracetam might help although it doesn't treat the cause of hypoxia.
