how do i get a shower stool?i really need one.I'm really struggling to have a shower.
A regular plastic stool or chair that will fit in your shower may help as well. We used those in dorm showers so we could shave, but also nice for relaxing inthanks thats rather expensive =/ ill have to save up.
thanks for all of your advice i need a something small as my shower stall isnt that big.ive looked online but they are expensive.
You could also go to the online Walmart site (www.walmart.com) and look. I buy a lot of stuff from there when I can't get out of the house because it is cheap, like the walmart stores.
I had to come back and edit my post. I looked at the Walmart site and there is a shower chair for only $23.00.

For those with POTS I'd recomend a shower bench rather than a shower chair/stool. With a shower chair or stool your legs are still down, like they would be on a regular chair or stool, so blood still pools in them. With a shower bench you can easily sit with your knees up, which I've found makes a big difference.
