I just came across a Russian news article about the publication of the CDC's XMRV study (which just illustrates how influential it can be). I don't know if the link to Google translate will work:

There's nothing in the article that would be new to PR members, since its source was the Nature website article about the release of the CDC study and the hold on the FDA/NIH study. But I liked the way it described CFS as "a disease in which a person is doing ordinary things with great difficulty and always feels broken."
