Upon awakening (6:15am):
After getting up (6:30-6:45 or within 1/2 hour of waking) my Minerals
- 1/12 - 1/8 Jarrow 1000mcg MCbl (the older "glass" bottle. Would recommend enzymatic)
- 1/4 10mg Source Naturals Sublingual Pregnenolone
- Natural Factors Zinc Chelate 12.5mg (1/2 tablet)
- Kal Magnesium Gycinate 200mg (1/2).
- Natures Way Selenium (67mg)
- Coral Calcium 1/8 tsp
- Country life Molybdenum
Currently only taking about 20mg of Natures Way Riboflavin per day.
Bedtime every other day (taking these seems to help me sleep)
For Brain Fog as needed (not really needed lately)
- E-complex (MRM)
- Beta Care-All (Natural Factors)
- Fish Oil (Source Naturals Arctic Pure)
If I drink alcohol (rarely because it used to severly wipe me out, but doing better now that I've started the meth supps)
- DMAE 1/4-1/2 Jarrow 150mg tablet
- Source Naturals Pregnenolone 1/4-1/2 sublingual
- N-Acetyl Tyrosine
