Breakfast Regiment:

Vitamin D – 2000 IU
Vitamin C – 500 mg
Emerald Labs Men’s 1 per day
Seeking Health AdoB12/hB12 – 2 mg
Methylfolate – 5 mg
Zinc-L-Carnosine – 1 pill
Probiotic – 1 pill
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Sunflower Lecithin – 7.5 g
Source Naturals FMN B2 - 25 mg
Sublinigual Carboxylase B1 - 25 mg
Source Naturals Sublingual B-Complex - 1 pill
NAC - 600 mg

Lunch Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg
Seeking Health AdoB12/hB12 – 2 mg
Methylfolate – 5 mg
Copper – 2 mg
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Source Naturals FMN B2 - 25 mg
Zinc-L-Carnosine - 1 pill
Source Naturals Sublingual B-Complex - 1 pill
Sublinigual Carboxylase B1 - 25 mg

Dinner Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg
Methyfolate – 5 mg
Zinc-L-Carnosine – 1 pill
Zoloft – 12.5 mg
Sunflower Lecithin – 7.5 g
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Source Naturals Sublingual B-Complex - 1 pill

Bedtime Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg
Mg Glycinate - 200 mg
Mg L-Threonate – 48 mg
Melatonin – 1 mg
Tryptophan – 500 mg
L-Orthinine – 500 mg
Doxylamine succinate (Unisom) – 12.5 mg
Methylfolate – 5 mg

3/5/2017 - Added B-Right at Lunch
3/20/2017 - OAT Urine Sample
3/20/2017 - Added FMN 25 mg to Breakfast
3/26/2017 - Added FMN 25 mg to Lunch
3/28/2017 - SpectraCell and Methylation Pathway Panel Blood Draw
3/29/2017 - Added L-Carnitine Fumarate 62.5 mg at Breakfast
3/30/2017 - Added another 62.5 mg of LCF at lunch do to positive results from 3/29.
3/31/2017 - Added another 62.5 of LCF at dinner due to positive results from 3/30. Increase may have caused K+ deficiency. I am not 100% sure of this.
4/1/2017 - Stopped LCF
4/3/2017 - Back to 62.5 mg LCF at breakfast
4/5/2017 - Stopped LCF for now as I research more about "Refeeding Syndrome"
4/7/2017 - Add 100 mg Thiamine HCl (B1) at Breakfast and Lunch
4/10/2017 - Added an extra Fish Oil at Dinner
4/11/2017 - mFolate at Lunch & dinner from 1 mg to 5 mg. Removed 5 mg bedtime dose. Total = 15 mg
4/18/2017 - Added Zinc-L-Carnosine at lunch. 3 pills per day. Zinc = 39; Copper = 3.5; Ratio is 11:1
4/24/2017 - Decided to switch back to hB12/AdoB12 combo to experiment. I feel extremely wired & unstable. Is it the mB12 2mg?
4/26/2017 - Ran out of BroccoMax. Stopped for now to see if it was making a difference.
4/28/2017 - Add Sublinigual Carboxylase B1 25 mg at Breakfast and Lunch.
5/2/2017 - Replaced Jarrow B-Right Oral B-complex at lunch with Source Naturals Sublingual B-Complex. 1 pill breakfast & 1 pill at lunch
5/9/2017 - Add Source Naturals Sublingual B-Complex - 1 pill at Dinner
5/13/2017 - Added 5 mg methylfolate at Bedtime due to MPP B9 results.
5/15/2017 - Stopped taking Oral Thiamine HCl 100 mg TID, because I ran out.
5/17/2017 - Started NAC 600 mg at breakfast
5/23/2017 - Started hB12, mB12, B6 and B9 injections every 72 hours.
5/23/2017 - Added NAC 600 mg at dinner
