This is round 2 of my supplement protocol based on my second SpectraCell Micronutrient results.

Replaced by Protocol 3.

Breakfast Regiment:
Vitamin D – 5000 IU (Low per CPL test)
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Emerald Labs Men’s 1 per day (Methylated Multi-vitamin)
Methylfolate – 5 mg (Folate low per MPP and SpectraCell)
Lipothiamine - 100 mg (B1 low per SpectraCell)
Taurine - 500 mg (Low per MPP)
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Sunflower Lecithin – 7.5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)
Zinc-L-Carnosine – 1 pill (Help repair digestion, increase Zinc:Copper from 10:1 to 15:1)
Could Zinc be blocking Copper which is needed for Thiamine? See link.
Pregnenolone - 25 mg
7-Keto - 25 mg
DHEA - 25 mg

Lunch Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Lipothiamine - 100 mg (B1 low per SpectraCell)
Jarrow R-Right - B-Complex
Calcium Folinate – 800 mcg (Folate low per MPP and SpectraCell)

Dinner Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Lipothiamine - 100 mg (B1 low per SpectraCell)
Taurine - 500 mg (Low per MPP)
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Zoloft – 12.5 mg
Sunflower Lecithin – 7.5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)

Bedtime Regiment:
Mg Glycinate - 200 mg
Mg L-Threonate – 48 mg
Probiotic – 1 pill
Lipothiamine - 100 mg (B1 low per SpectraCell)
Niacinamide - 500 mg (B3 low per SpectraCell)

Revision History:
7/14: Start
7/19: Start Liver Lover - Titrate by 1 drop BID until 1 dropper BID. Stopped after 5 days. It seemed over stimulating.
7/19: Increased mfolate from 10 mg to 20 mg. Added extra aB12/hB12 at lunch. More relaxed and better BM's on 20mg.
7/23: Switched from Sublingual B1 TID to Lipothiamine. Start Lipothiamine at 50 mg and titrate.
7/24: Increased Lipothiamine from 50 mg to 100 mg.
7/27: Mg, Taurine, Fish Oil, and/or Vit C may be causing loose stools in AM. Remove Mg & C at bedtime. Remove Taurine & fish oil at lunch.
7/31: Added 50 mg Lipothiamine at Lunch.
8/8: Added 50 mg Lipothiamine at bedtime. Total = 200 mg per day. Began experimenting with Niacin. Reduce mFolate from 20 mg to 5 mg.
8/15: Began experimenting with niacinamide.
8/18: Add 50 mg Lipothiamine to breakfast. Total per day = 250 mg
8/22: Add 50 mg Lipothiamine to lunch. Total per day = 300 mg
8/24: Stopped Unisom sleep aid 12.5 mg
8/28: Add 50 mg Lipothiamine to dinner. Total per day = 350 mg
9/3: Add 50 mg Lipothiamine to bedtime. Total per day = 400 mg
9/14: Add 100 mg Niacin at breakfast, lunch, dinner. Add 500 mg niacinamide at bedtime.
9/19: Change from 2000 IU to 5000 IU Vit D at breakfast
10/16: Stopped Melatonin 1 mg
10/23: Stopped Niacin 100 mg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner do to vasodilation concerns. Stopped adoB12 and hB12 b/c I ran out.
11/2: Added pregnenolone, DHEA, 7-Keto at 25 mg

    wow..this must cost a fortune!..my regimen is much smaller but with good results:

    Morning : Noni extract 1 pill
    MSM 1 pill

    lunch: Noni extract
    Resveratrol 1 pill
    Movial plus (colagen with hyaluronic acid ) for joints

    bed time : MSM,Omega 3( with 200 mg dha) Passion flower 250 mg

    One of this had normalize my blood pressure and heart rate.
